Do you have carbon dioxide in your lungs?
Have you ever felt anxious or nervous? Maybe your breath has become more rapid and shallow. This occurs when carbon dioxide is in our lungs. If the concentration is too high extreme sleepiness, confusion and loss of consciousness can occur. There may be arrhythmias. If this is the case, please consult your physician as the brain and heart are not receiving sufficient oxygen.
But…if the anxious or nervous feeling is not a prolonged occurrence, this breathing technique relaxes the body dispersing the CO2 from the lungs.
