Beyond Organic – What does it mean?

“Our products are beyond organic.” Dr. Jamie McManus, Chairman, Medical Affairs, Health Sciences & Education for Shaklee Corporation explained, “Our products are beyond organic because our standards are far higher than organic. There are no standards for organic in food supplements. We do tens of thousands of tests to prove that there are no contaminants in any of our ingredients regardless of where and how they were grown. Organic just tells you how something was grown, but that doesn’t that it hasn’t become contaminated by the time you consume it.
